PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted with any credit card or a PayPal account through our checkout options. Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method within 30 days of placing your order as the authorization will lapse.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.
We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will ship the product/s to the address listed on your payment as 'shipping address'.Please make sure it is correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address based on incorrect information on your payment account.

For international shipping options please go to www.etsy.com/shop/RedThreadBag. Please note that Red Thread Bag is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Red Thread Bag reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in color and shade. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
UNIQUE KEYCHAIN
Each Red Thread Bag arrives with a unique name keychain. We are not responsible for any damage to the wooden plate and it cannot be replaced.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your new bag, but in case you are unsatisfied after unpacking the goods please let us know via Contact Us. We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. Once we receive and accept your package, we will reimburse your credit card/PayPal account for the purchase price within 14 days; However, the refund does not include shipping costs (domestic or international). We kindly request returned items to be in their original condition, unworn, with all original tags and packaging. If you have any questions about your product or return, we are here to help. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange goods, so if you decide you would like a different product you will need to return your order and place a new one.
REFUND
Once the goods are returned to us, we quality-check them to make sure they are in unused condition, as in line with our return policy. Once we receive your return package, we will process your refund within 14 days.
WARRANTY
We stand behind our products. All Red Thread Bag products have a 1-year limited warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear.
LIABILITY
In no circumstances shall the liability of Red Thread Bag to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

The nature of the waxed canvas fabric is to change, fade and leave traces of folds on the fabric. During our process bags might have a working and folding marks on them. Those marks will fade and combine with your new marks over time!
